• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Each apartment has private heating. The cost of heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A down payment of 30% is requested at reservation. The remaining amount can be settled on arrival or departure.(View Payment Policy)
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. Apartment TREBBIANO (accessible to travellers with handicap)is situated on the ground floor. Apartments SANGIOVESE, MALVASIA and CANAIOLO are on the first floor, Apt San Giovese and Malvasia face one another. No elevator is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All bedrooms are absolutely quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Clean linens and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Additional changes can be provided at an extra charge upon request. Towels for swimming pool are at your disposal for a little extra charge
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments do not have private terraces or courtyards.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where visitors may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each apartment has a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is an outside porch with enough tables and chairs for all guests. Each apartment has a wide dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do not have an Internet/E-Mail point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our panoramic 7x14 meters long swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests and is open from 9 am to 10 pm, from
  May 15th to September 30th.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or Pisa railway stations/airports upon arrival, or in San Miniato, which is very near to Colle Alberti.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small grocery store in Bassa (5 minutes by car). A medium size shopping mall is on the way to Fucecchio (10 minutes by car) and there are lots of shops in Empoli (15 minutes by car).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Our farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and grain crops, in the heart of a 220-hectars farm estate.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 35 Km
  Pisa: 47 Km
  Siena: 100 Km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Cerreto Guidi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence (about 35 Km), followed by Pisa (about 47 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, our suggestion is to rent a car at the airport in order to be able to get around during your stay.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Bassa, 20 minutes by foot.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is located in Empoli, about 10 Km from Colle Alberti.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No telephone line is available in the apartments.
