• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 15:00 pm. until 19:00 pm. Check-out: until 10:00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Weekly prices per apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. Especially those with sea view
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We will furnish linen and towels, which are changed once a week
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has its own terrace and there is even the park
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No one has balcony
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a public phone in the next village (600 m)
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool on the grounds
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Grosseto. It is also possible to rent at Pisa/Florence Airports
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Puntone di Scarlino there is a small grocery store. Supermarkets you can find in Follonica and just one in Scarlino Scalo
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 160 km, Siena: 80 km, Pisa: 100 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Puntone di Scarlino 600 m, Follonica 5 km, Scarlino Scalo 5 km
