• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 03.00 pm. to 06.00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 09.00 am. (for weekly stay)
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No elevator. All rooms are on the ground floor or first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No balcony in the apartments. Apartments type 4 have a private outdoor ground with table and chairs, close to swimmin pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite tv: only in apartments type 4. Tv with national channels in the other apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No phone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the apartment 1 there is a private dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Swimming pool: open from May 15th till September 15th, weather permitting.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Castelfiorentino 4 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castelfiorentino, 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 30 km, Siena 50 km and Pisa 80 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelfiorentino 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. It is open for wedding receptions, ceremonies, events. During summertime, open one day a week for evening meals with entertainment.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
