• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm.
  Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it's included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quite (the centre of Pienza is restricted to car traffic). All rooms are meant to be warm, cosy and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided from the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one, the suite Bernardo on the top floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it's free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, public free parking is available nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At any airport or in Chiusi. On request you can rent the car locally in Pienza or Montepulciano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence, 100 Km. Pisa, 170 Km. Siena, 60 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montepulciano, Monticchiello, Montalcino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pienza.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  We love pets but they cannot be accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there is a great choice within few min. walk
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
