We spent three weeks in Europe, and stayed at 8 different properties. I think that this was the was the best experience of all. The property ws better than we expected and our hosts were extremely hospitable. We would return in a minute.

Yes. When we booked, we were planning this as a base to visit Florence. We had nomidea that this B & B was so close ( 10 minutes) to San Gimignano.

Fanrastic! A beautiful home with extremely gracious hosts. Convenient to all Tuscan places of interst, and a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere - perfect for the end of a busy day.

A beuatiful setting, very peaceful and excellent value for money. Great to go into florence from and sienna and the two dogs are lovely.

The heater only worked occasionally and the room smelled like smoke. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The owners are very friendly, the breakfasts were great, dining area beautiful, the view was great.

Absolutely delightful place, with a wonderful view over the Tuscan hills. Very good room. Hosts exemplary. Two lovely goldens to greet us. Could not have been nicer.

The room was exactly as describedin the web-site - spacious clean and comfterable.
Breakfast was great - wide variety and very tastey.
The hosts are great ppl that were happy to recommend restaurants in the area and give directions. They made us feel welcome and were very very kind.
The location is great - right in the middle of tuscay, only 30 minutes drive from Florence and Siena.

We arrived around 10.30 am. The owners we so nice that, even breakfast was going till 10 am, they served us breakfast and did not even let us pay for it (being an additional breakfast!!!)

Wonderful peaceful place with excellent breakfast, nice clean rooms, pool with wonderful view in the middle of tuscany. Close to Siena, Florence the chianti valley and all the nice old little towns with excellent osterias and taverns which are really worth a visit.

The room was a bit too small for two people. Unfortunately, there were too many guests who were smoking. I prefer non-smoking accomodations but besides that the place was very well maintained.
