Dudda lies between the towns of Greve in Chianti and Figline Valdarno (which has a regular train service to Florence of approx 30 minutes duration) both of which are only 10 minutes away by car. Greve is a typical Tuscan village, whose main square draws visitors from all around the world, and which hosts numerous festivals and markets during the year. From Greve to the city of Siena is approx. 30 minutes by car along the famous Chianti wine route passing some of the most beautiful countryside and charming villages in Tuscany. |

By Car: From the North: We're south of Florence, to get here by car pass Florence and exit at the first junction after Florence, Incisa. At the junction turn left towards Incisa and Figline Valdarno. Continue on to Figline, and as you enter the town, after the Shell Garage on the right, turn right and follow the signs for Greve in Chianti and Siena. Continue on this road for approx. 8km passing the village of Ponte Agli Stolli and Dudda is at the beginning of the hill which leads off into the Chianti Mountains. From the South: from Siena follow the SS222 Chianti Wine Route until you reach Greve in Chianti . Turn right here at the traffic light as you enter the town towards Figline Valdarno and continue on this road for approx 15 minutes until you reach Dudda. |
