• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 9.30am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The house has 2 floors. No lift.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All sheets and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All houses have their own private patio area.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a satellite TV in the lounge of each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes a shared swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, each house has its own private car parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Figline Valdarno, 9 Km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a small grocery store 100 m from the house.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 25 min by car, Siena 1 hour, Pisa 1 hour and
  20 min.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The houses are located in the Town of Dudda. Greve in Chianti and Figline Valdarno are both 9 Km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at the end of the street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Figline Valdarno is on the main Firenze-Roma train line, 9 Km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
