 Ville I Cipressi were built in 1998 to a very high standard in the traditional Tuscan style and therefore combine modern comfort with the regions traditional architectural heritage. They are a total of 170 metres sq. over three levels. Each house has it's own private parking space, private garden with direct access to the shared swimming pool, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.

 On the ground floor you will find a large living area equipped with a comfortable settee and armchairs, a compact kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, microwave and ample work surfaces. The kitchen is divided from the dining area by a sliding door. From the dining room there is a covered patio with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining. |
 A bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with bunk beds complete the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two double/twin bedrooms, and the bathroom complete with a bath and internal shower.

 The bedrooms are both very spacious, with polished wooden floors (the ground floor is paved in Terracotta), one overlooking the swimming pool at the rear, while the other has a fabulous view of "Mont San Michele", the highest peak within the Chianti area, and the surrounding vineyard ridden countryside. |
