 The estate is located in Barberino Val d'Elsa at Località Monsanto in the heart of the Chianti Area at 4 km from the exit of Poggibonsi Nord on the motorway Florence-Siena. Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads, and is therefore in a good position to visit the whole region as Florence is only 30 km from the estate, Siena 25 km and San Gimignano about 15 km. Placed at the top of a hill in a domineering position, it has an imposing and luxurious shape. The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and there are no other buildings nearby. The only road to reach it ends in the woods (the road that goes to the property is asphalted, except for the last 200 mt.). |

By Car from Highway A1 Rome-Florence-Milan:
From Florence direction ROMA - main road A-1 - exit Firenze-Certosa;
at the exit, you have to take the freeway super road FIRENZE-SIENA;
- Exit POGGIBONSI-NORD;
- After the exit, when you are to the roundabout, turn right and follow the direction BARBERINO VAL D'ELSA;
- almost immediately after only 30 mt turn right again (direction MONSANTO) and look for the sign TENUTA LA CIPRESSETA
- after about 500 mt turn right again and after about 4 km you arrive in Monsanto where there are other signs TENUTA LA CIPRESSETA.
