• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All apartments are on the ground floor, with private garden and access.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each apartment is independent, with a lot of privacy. Our apartments are peaceful, quite and romantic, for the position and the view.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has private garden very good equipped with all comfort and furniture for dinner, and for relax.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the guests usually smoke in the private garden.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every apartment there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephones are not yet installed in our apartment. However, you may use our house telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is not air conditioning in the apartments, but in every apartment there is a ventilator. However, the place is usually cold and windy, and so the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, in every apartment there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, you may use our house telephone for important mails.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our swimming pool is 12x6 meters long and is for the exclusive use of our guests.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking not sunny (open parking).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Poggibonsi (6 km) or at the airports of Florence/Pisa.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Poggibonsi (6 km) or San Donato in Poggio (6 km) there are shop of every kind or supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are a lot of vineyards nearby; we are in the heart of Chianti Classico Area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 35 km, Siena 30 km, Pisa 80 km, Montalcino 70 km, San Gimignano 15 km, Lucca 70 km, Castellina in Chianti 15 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Donato in Poggio (medieval little village with a lot of good restaurants) and Poggibonsi 6 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence 35 km or Pisa 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, you would have to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Poggibonsi 6 km. Bus for every place in Tuscany or out of Tuscany (Rome etc.).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi 6 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, however there are a number of gyms nearby. Moreover there are various walks and cycling tours our guests can explore.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb the other guests.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but in every apartment there is a full equipped kitchen (oven, fireplace, fridge, dishwasher). In the surroundings there are a lot of good tipical restaurants: San Donato in Poggio 6 km; Castellina in Chianti 15 km; San Gimignano 15 km.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, at the moment.
