• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per room/apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in rooms' rate. Apartments and chalets are self-catering.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our property is very quiet and relaxing.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Chalets have a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony, with the view of the valley.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, international channels with satelite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Florence 110Km, Pisa 40Km, and Siena 120Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castelvechio Pascoli. Where is born Giuseppe Pascoli.

  Pisa airport or you can use our Helyport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do at extra charge by car or by helicopter.

  Close to the Hotel.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  We have 3 restaurants and 5 bars.
