• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm (with agreement with the owners), Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. It is a continental breakfast with milk, coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruits, toasted bread, etc.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor, and we do not have the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is particularly romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided and we change towels every day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have air conditioning. It is free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest parking is 200 meters far from us, while a garage is 300 meters far.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception desk.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  We are within the walls of Siena. Florence is 1 hour far and Pisa is 1 hour and half far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Gramsci stop, 200 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena central railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
