A map showing the location of the site and
turning from the main road of the site would
aid greatly to to finding this sit for the
first time.

A site map showing the location of villas,
thus making clear that it was a large
spacious site would enhance the description
of the venue.

The restaraunt on the site is excellent and
was far better than expected, not just a
place to eat that is convenient due to its
proximity.
Details of the trails i the local hills for
walking or mountain bikes, which we
understand guides can be obtained.

Ideal accomodation and location from which
to explore Tuscanny or chill out by the
swimming pool. Safe for children and the
option to either self cater or eat out in
the site restaraunt or local towns. Close
enough to a beach and located well for
exploring by foot or bike; the trails on the
local hills.

We arrived late (our fault with map reading) the receptionist should have finished as we arrived but made sure we were fully acquaited with everything before going.

The selfcatering cooking facilites consisted of 4 gas rings and BBQs were avliable from reception. We would have liked an oven or grill - toasting bread in a frying pan is quite difficult. I know only English poeple make tea and probably instant coffee but the only way of boiling water was in a saucepan!

We decided to spend the last night in Pisa rather than at Il Cicalino - we asked for advise on a hotel - the receptionist not olnly booked the hotel for us but gave us very comprenhesive details on how to get there which she typed up - It was excellent. At all times the staff were exceedingly helpful - and when beyond the call of duty with most things to make sue everything was just right.

An ideal base for a Tuscany Holiday - giving easy access to nice beaches, beautiful scenery and cities. The near by town of Massa marittima is a haven of resteraunts and welcome tourists. Lovely cathedrel and wonderful icecream

As the directions were confusing we did not arrive at the reception, but at the rooms area. Once we found an italian woman to show us the way it, we found our way to the reception where the receptionists were ready to help up.

It would have been nice to have a bathtub... and the pillows were a little insufficient. But we asked for more pillows and remedied that situation.

One of the receptionists, nicoletta, went far beyond her duties and helped us find our next destination, booked us a restaurant in Massa Maritima... and showed great excitement at the fact that we had gotten engaged on the blue walking path on our first day...a special thanks should go to her for making this weekend extra special!
