From Rome: take the motorway "A12" towards CIVITAVECCHIA and from Civitavecchia take the primary route "SS1" (Superstrada) towards Grosseto. When you passed Grosseto, stay on the same route and continue towards LIVORNO. After about 20 minutes you have to exit at SCARLINO. From the exit follow the signs towards Massa Marittima. Just at the bottom of the hill of Massa Marittima, you will find a petrol station (ESSO), from where you have to continue in the direction of SIENA and VOLTERRA. After about 1 km you will find a sign on the left side with "Tenuta Il Cicalino". Follow the road until the next crossing, where you have to turn right. From there, follow always the road until you arrive at the "Tenuta Il Cicalino" (after 300 m).
From Florence: take the primary route SS23 (Superstrada) towards SIENA and exit COLLE VAL D'ELSA SUD. From there take the SS 541 towards S. Galgano and from there the SS 441 towards Massa Marittima. At the bottom of the hill on which is situated Massa Marittima, you have to follow the signs towards Follonica and after 1 km you will find a sign on the right-hand side with "Tenuta Il Cicalino".

From Milan: take the motorway "A1" towards PARMA and then the motorway "A15" towards LA SPEZIA. From there you have to take the "A12" towards LIVORNO and then the "E80" towards GROSSETO - ROMA. Exit FOLLONICA EST and from there follow the signs towards MASSA MARITTIMA.
