• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 16:00 pm. to 19:00 pm.
  Check-out: until 10:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The given price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen is provided by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every apartment has its own garden furniture and every farmhouse has enough space in the garden where you can sit.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None. but every apartment has outdoor space.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, our apartments don't have a telephone inside
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, at our restaurant, near the farmhouse "Podernuovo".
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. There are 3 swimming pools (2 pools: 6 x 12 mt and 1 pool: 8 x 16mt).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Follonica (18 km) away or at Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you will find them in Massa Marittima, only 2.5 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards nearby, but not directly within the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 1.5 hours by car. Siena: 1 hour by car. Pisa: 1 hour by car.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Massa Marittima is only 2.5 km from the property away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa and Florence, about 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Follonica.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
