The hotel needs to add an elevator. We stayed on the top floor and it was difficult lugging around our luggage. Otherwise, our stay was very enjoyable.

The only accomodation that was not really available to any usable extent was 'free' parking. The lot seemed very tiny and crammed with a few cars. We were able to park behind the hotel - but we had to pay each day.

The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in many,many ways (phone connections, directions, carrying heavy bags, etc). We were very happy with our stay there.

Upon arrival a soccer game was in process. It was impossible to get into the town and the streets to our hotel were blocked off. We had to park across town and leave our belongings in the car until the game was over and the crowds depleted. Once we arrived at the hotel the receptionist took us to our room. Unfortunately it was not what we had requested. We'd asked for a room with a bath and this only had a shower. The only room they had left with a bath was up several flights of stairs. The room was extremely loud as it faced the streets and the bells rang very loudly early in the morning. We left Sienna feeling very unrested and happy to be going else where.

The staff was awful. We asked for a recommendation for dinner one evening and the reply we received was there was a restaurant downstairs. We explained that we were looking for a restaurant outside of the hotel, perhaps a locals favorite. The staff replied 'well you will just have to head toward the center and see what you find'. Terrible. The rooms were clean and spacious unfortunately it was so loud the three days we were there it was not a place we wanted to be. People were talking in the halls all night and it would echo down the hall and into our room. Again, I've never been so glad to leave a hotel in my life.

My sister and brother in law were with me on the trip and they found it difficult to walk up the stairs, as we were on the 3rd floor. It was not difficult for me personally. I am not sure if the website information stated that there was no elevator.

The Hotel has 4 floors and the dining room is 2 floors down from street level. This meant 76 steps down/up for a meal for us. It might be worth mentioning there is no lift, if you did we missed it. We are 70 years old but survived the steps for 9 days !

It was our definite pleasure to stay at this hotel. We found it convenient to everything and with our room in the back of the hotel we were afforded quiet times for naps and down time.

There is very, very limited parking for private cars on-site, but many places that were reasonable or free nearby.

Terrific location - close to the heart of town, but still available by private car. We were comfortable allowing the teenagers in our group to travel on their own since we were in a safe, comfortable part of town. The food was terrific.

We were a little surprised that the room we got was small - when we checked the fire escape map we realised that it was the smallest room on the floor.
However, when we asked if a bigger room was available they were obliging.

Its location was excellent, close to transport (as we bused around to other towns in the area) and in easy reach of the center.

It said it was an apartment for four but there were two rooms with one bed in one room and three beds in another room. It was not an apartment but just a hotel room.

The water was never consistant in the shower. The temperature would go from burning hot to freezing cold the whole time you were in the shower. The nozzle on the blow dryer was broken making it difficult to dry my hair. There was a lot of traffic noise at night. Other wise the hotel was very nice.

There was one lady receptionist who was especially helpful and nice. I don't know her name but I think she's the only lady that works behind the front desk.

The Hotel is not easy to find as Siena has confusing streets, but Italians are all very helpful and most speak at least some English. One stop to ask directions was all that was needed. The hotel's location is excellent for a first time Siena visitor. The room was adequate and clean and apropriately priced compared to our other stops. We were pleased.

Excellent reception! A young receptionist grabbed my bag and lugged it upstairs.

I had a top floor room and the AC was not sufficiently cool. They tried to 'fix' the problem, but to no avail. I would suggest they have a fan available.

We were disappointed at the service in the dining room for the evening meal.
Also, although the price quoted was very reasonable, we thought the quality of the food less than we associate with good Italian cooking.

Most of the desk staff were very helpful; one individual was not. When we arrived and asked about parking, he directed us to an expensive garage rather than fitting us into the lot or helping us to find alternative parking. He was disdainful of helping anyone who did not know as much as he did about the city.

The hall, dinning room, etc were fine but the room impression was not so good.
The bathroom was very, very small, the shower had no curtain, no room to leave things. the quality of the room in general did not match the rest of the building.

We needed a taxi but there were none available, this is not resonsability of the hotel but it can be a problem if you check out and want to go to catch a train and you must realy on a bus to which you must drag your suitcases.

We were very pleased with the booking service through email. We liked the way you handled it. Unfortunately, the hotel made a mistake and when we got to the hotel, they thought we were staying only one night. Fortunately the hotel was not full and we could get the second night. to be honest, we did not like the hotel. We travelled through Italy and Greece for three weeks and stayed in like 10 hotels. This was the only hotel we did not like it was the most expensive and not exactly the best one. The cost was too high for what we got. I would not go back to this hotel. On the other hand, we also reserved at Hotel Tiziano in Rome through your company and this hotel was great, very well located, very good service and the room was a very good one.

Very difficult to get there by car because of the way the streets are designed in Italy. It took us an hour to get there. I had to get out of the car and walk to the hotel in order to ask for the way to get there by car.
