Garage parking is not included in the price and costs EUR 15,00 per night. Free outdoor parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed. If parking is full upon your arrival, the hotel staff will be happy to help you on finding another alternative. Use of the Internet point is not included and costs EUR 3,00 for 30 minutes and EUR 4,00 for one hour. Wireless Internet access is not included and costs EUR 5,00 for 3 hours (prepaid cards and real-time connection) . Bike rental costs EUR 4,00 for half-day and EUR 7,00 for all day.

Our cancellation policy is 2 days before arrival. If you cancell after the ammount of the first night is taken. In case of no show we will charge the ammont of the first night. After the arrival is it not possible to reduce the number of night. PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE: YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR BOOKING THE AMOUNT CHARGED IS NOT REFUNDABLE
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
