• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room / apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes for the stay in the rooms, italian breakfast. It is not included for the apartment.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes for the room, but not in the apartment.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception Italian and English are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  here is the ground floor and the first floor and there is one room on the second floor / no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each bedroom is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of the bedrooms have balcony they have windows overlooking the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Every room and the apartment are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is not any telephone in the bedrooms but there is a sort of switchboard at the reception . In the apartment there is the TV , and also in the bedrooms if you ask for it before.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Only at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The guests can use the kitchen and the dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet/E.mail point in the village.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A big private parking in front of the house is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car also in Greve but Florence offers more possibilities.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Greve there is a many grocery stores included a supermarket
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 30 Km far from the property. Siena is 45 Km far from the property. Pisa 100 Km far from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  5 km, Greve in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  30 km, Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Greve in Chianti , 5 Km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Florence , 30 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
