  Yes, some rooms have a courtyard.

  No, rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  Yes, with Jacuzzi. Opening hours: from 8.00am to 6.00pm every day. The hours could be changed in occasion of ceremony in the pool area.

  Florence is 12 km, Pisa 60 and Siena about 55 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not but we can arrange.

  The nearest bus-stop is 20 mts from the hotel.

  In Florence, 12 km from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but there's a Jacuzzi in the swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?

  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
