• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but you can have breakfast at the Restaurant.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground, first, second. There's no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each bedroom is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property. (weekly change).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, every apartement has its private garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, the swimming pool is situated in the middle of a wide open space.

  Yes, a big free parking.

• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Casole d'Elsa. You can reach Casole by foot, just in 10 minutes, along a very ancient road. There you will find an enchanting village with grocery stores, restaurants, bars and banks.

  Florence 51 km, Siena 35 km and Pisa 71 km.

  Casole d'Elsa.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have; on extra charge, on request (prior arrangement).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a small keep-fit area and our guests can take advantage of relaxing massages (on extra charge).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, by prior arrangement,on extra charge.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
