Accommodations
|
 Our residence consists in 15 apartments and three large studios.. Their superbe appeareance is matched by the superior quality of the apartments, restored to a very high standard in 1997. The large rambling house with its wonderful tiled roof now forms 15 spacious apatments, sharing a large, very well equipped swimming pool. Each apartment has its own patio or area of the garden for outdoor meals, or on the covered patio by the pool, using the communal barbecue and pizza oven. The setting is idyllic, sourronded by green rolling hills where sleeps peacefully graze, with lovely views.
Every apartments is very spacious, very well furnished, every one with two nathrooms-showers, brand new equipement, safe, kitchen, units with 4 rings hob microwave oven and TV-sat and fridge/freezer and nearestshops less than a mile on foot. |
 Apartment 3 (70 sq.m.):
Can accommodate 4+2 guests. Ground floor: Large living room with double sofa-bed, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower. Two double bedrooms.

 Apartment 6 (60 sq.m.):
Can accommodate up to 4+2 guests. Ground floor: Large living room with double sofa-bed, kitchen ,two bathrooms (one with and one without shower), double bedroom, twin bedroom. Large private garden.
Apartment 7 (61 sq.m.):
Can accommodate 4+2 guests. Ground floor: Livingroom with double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. First floor:double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private equipped garden.
Apartment 8 (60 sq.m.):
Can accommodate 2+2 guests. Ground floor, one room space 65 m2: On the ground floor, with livingroom and kitchen, double bedroom with two extra single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 wc. Private garden. |
 Apartment 11 (62 sq.m.):
Can accommodate 5+2guests. First floor: living room with double sofa-bed, kitchen, two bathrooms with shower. Two double bedrooms (one with extra single bed). Just in front of the pool, with a large private garden. (Please see the plan on the photo gallery).
Apartment 14 (70 sq.m.):
External, shared stairs lead from the garden area to the apartment, which is composed of a large lounge with sitting area, dining area with kitchenette and bathroom with WC and sink. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one single bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. Private, furnished garden. Notes: a small, functional apartment, epecially suited for a small family, or a couple. (Please see the plan on the photo gallery).
Apartment 21 (73 sq.m.):
Can accommodate 4+2 guests. On the second floor: Kitchen, livingroom with double sofa-bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 wc bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Private garden. (Please see the plan on the photo gallery). |
 Apartment C2 : 8+2 (120sq.m.):
Ground floor: the apartment has its own garden, and from it a large arched entrance leads into the lounge. Kitchen area, sofa, and dining area. Dbl bedroom with dbl bed and own bathroom with shower, plus a dbl room and second bathroom with shower. From the lounge, broad stairs lead to first floor, where there are 2 more dbl bedrooms with dbl beds, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms with showers. Private, furnished garden. Notes: an apartment very suitable for groups, or friends with families.
Studio C5 sleeps 2 + 1 (35 sq m.):
Ground floor. From a private patio a large arched entrance leads to this large one-room apartment situated on the ground floor with lounge area, cooking zone, and armchair-bed; partially separate from area with dbl bed and bathroom with shower. Private patio with table and chairs. Notes: very intimate; suitable for couple or small family.
Studio C6 :2/4 people (35 sq m.):
From the private patio outside, a large entrance leads to the lounge/kitchen area of this large one-room apartment, with sleeping for two on sofa bed. Partially separated area with dbl bed, and bathroom with shower. Private patio with table and chairs. Notes: very intimate, suitable for couple or small family. Large arched French window in bedroom. |
