• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our breakfast is served in ground floor and we offer house-bread, our honey, prosciutto and other Italian specialilties.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two fllors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, are romantic in particular.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have many places to stay in quiet near farm-holiday, to eat with tables and chairs and with light.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just Oreste apartment has balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes TV, but just national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, just one for all the fam-holiday.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No conditioning, our position is well ventileted and the big wall of farmhouse mantaines the apartments not hot.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, at ground floor.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, if you need we can provide you the possibility to serf in Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a swimming pool always opened.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an available parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car or in Barga, or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are two markets, a medium suparmarket six kilometres far of the Property and a big supermarket far off nine kilometres from the Property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 130 kilometres, Siena 140 kilometres, Pisa 60 kilometres.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Barga, city of art.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  If you need, we are conventionated with two taxi drivers.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Tiglio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Barga-Gallicano is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, at most one for week.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do dinner just one time a week.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  For real necessity we can provide this service.
