• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check–in: Saturday afternoon between 04.00 pm and 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday morning before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, all apartments are self providing.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it’s payable locally by clients, and it will be calculated on the real consume.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are available different kind of apartments but we will try to satisfy the request of the guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Fattoria di Celli provide linen and towels (weekly change).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, in any apartment there is a terrace or a court yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments at first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but close the reception there is a public phone that you can access with a telephone cards.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are two swimming pools (6m x 11m with shower, 5m x 9m ) which are open from the first of May until the last day of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have parking lots inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Bibbiena village (12 km. far from Fattoria Corsignano).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a small grocery shop in the nearby village of Ponte a Poppi (2,5 km. far from Celli).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, but the property is situated at the edge of the National Park of Casentino in a very peaceful position.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 55 km Siena 65 km, Pisa 115 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Ponte a Poppi, 2,5 Km far from Celli (with all the facilities--bank, chemist, post office, and so on).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Poppi village (2,5 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Poppi village (2,5 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a tennis court.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
