Accommodations
|
 Guest accommodation at "Fattoria di Celli" include 8 individual apartments, and 5 detached villas. All the apartment and villas have comfortably furnished living-rooms with traditional fireplaces as well as central heating, fully equipped kitchens with 4 fires and refrigerator, oven (some apartments), dishwasher (some apartments), and tiles bathrooms with shower. Kettle and American coffee machine are available upon request.
Within the farm building there are the following apartments: Noce, Nespolo, Abete, Ciliegio, Quercia, Faggio and Castagno.
At about 500 meters from the main farmhouse we have: Casa Fraschino, Casa Ginestra and Casa Rosmarino (depandance).
At about 500 meters from the main farmhouse on the opposite direction, in an area equipped with swimming pool we have: Casa Aiolo, Olivo, Vite, Grano, Orzo and Avena.
Noce (2+2 guests sq. mts. 45 ): At the first floor of a romantic farmhouse (the ground floor is reserved to the Nespolo Apartment) it has 2 rooms + toilette. Living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen corner. Double Bedroom, toilette with shower. Covered "Loggia" with table and chairs.
Nespolo (2+2 guests sq. mts. 45): Located at the ground floor, it consist in 2 rooms + toilette. Living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen corner. Double Bedroom, toilette with shower. Covered "Loggia" with table and chairs. |
 Abete (2 +2 guests sq. mts. 40): Grond floor and first floor of an ancient farmhouse, 2 rooms+bathroom. Living room with fireplace and divan bed, kitchen. Double Bedroom, toilette with shower. Private space outside with table and chairs.
Quercia (4+2guests sq. mts. 100): At the first floor of the farmhouse in which Abete Apartment is located, it has 4 rooms+bathroom. Kitchen with dining spot, and fireplace. Living room with fireplace and divan bed. Two Double Bedroom, bathroom with shower. Private space outside with table and chairs. |
 Ciliegio (2+2 guests sq. mts. 50): Located at the ground floor of the same building in which we have Abete and Quercia Apartments, it's composed by 3 rooms+bathroom. Kitchen with indipendent cooking spot, dining spot and fireplace. Living-room with divan bed. Double Bedroom, bathroom with shower. Covered "Loggia" with table and chairs.
Faggio (4+2 guests, sq. mts. 70): Located at the ground floor of an independent farmhouse, has 4 rooms + bathroom. Kitchen with independent cooking spot, dining area and fireplace. Living-room with divan bed. Two Double Rooms, bathroom with shower, closet. Private space outside with table and chairs. |
 Castagno (6+2 guests 150 sq.mt.): Located in the same farmhouse of Faggio Apt. First and Second floor, 7 rooms+ 3 bathrooms. Kitchen with cooking spot, fireplace and dining area. Living-room with fireplace. 3 Double Bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 singlebeds, one single bedroom, three bathrooms with shower. Private space outside with table and chairs.
500 meters far from the main Farmhouse:
Ginestra (4+2 people 80mq): Independent farmhouse in the green Casentino hills full of woods, ideal for relaxing walks. The house is located in a private park with mostly woods and has been completely and finely restored with typical Tuscan materials: beams, joists, stone and brick. Equipped garden, parking. At 400m, lighted pool(12x6) with shower. Ground Floor, 4 rooms + Bathroom. Kitchen with cooking spot and dining area. Living-room with fireplace and divan bed. Two Double Bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Casa Fraschino (6+2 people 160mq): It's an independent farmhouse located at about 500 meters from the Main Farmhouse. The house il located in a very quiet spot, "hidden" in a Oak wood, has a big garden with trees, and has a panoramic terrace. Furnished with typical tuscan furnitures. Guests can use the swimming pool and tennis court, both located at about 600 meters far from the house. Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room with fireplace, large living-room with fireplace and divan bed, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. First Floor: 1 Double Bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
Dependance: (called "Casa Rosmarino") with independent entrance (2+2 guests): living room with cooking spot, dining spot and fireplace, divan bed. One Double Bedroom, one bathroom with shower. Large terrace and private garden.
The "dependance" can be rent independently from the main house.
500 meters from the main Farmhouse on the opposite direction, in an area equipped with swimming pool we have:
Casa Aiolo (6+2 guests, 120 sq. mts.): Independent farmhouse located 500 mts away from the main Farm. Ground floor and first floor, 5 rooms + 2 bathrooms. Living-room with fireplace and divan bed. Kitchen/dining room. Three double Bedrooms, Two bathrooms with shower. Covered "Loggia" with table and chairs.
Olivo (8+2 guests 150 sq. meters): farmhouse on two levels, few meters close to "casa Aiolo". Immersed in the wood, at about 300 meters from the swimming pools of the Farm. The apartment is composed by a Ground Floor with kitchen living-room with fireplace and divan bed, single studio/bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a first floor with four double Bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Private space outside with table and chairs.
Vite (4+2 people 75mq): Located at the Ground Floor of the "Olivo" apartment, is made of 4 rooms + 2 bathrooms. Kithcen/dining room, living room with fireplace and divan bed. Two Double Bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Large terrace with Covered "Loggia" with table and chairs.
Grano (6 guests, 160 sq. mts): first and second floor, very big covered loggia, three double rooms, sitting room, kitchen corner with oven and dishwasher, dining room, three bathrooms with shower.
Avena (160 sq. mts, 6 guests): ground floor, very big covered loggia, three double rooms, sitting room, kitchen corner with oven and dishwasher, dining room, three bathrooms with shower.
Orzo (130 sq. mts, 4 guests): independent farmhouse, private terrace, two double rooms, sitting room, kitchen corner with oven and dishwasher, dining room, two bathrooms with shower.
