The Villa was beyond our wildest dreams.

The building and grounds were very, very nice.
I had some concerns about privacy but we had nearly total privacy. The gardener did a little work around the property every day, but he stayed almost totally out of sight. We had dinner prepared and served on two evenings. The food was great and the service was perfect.

Could be more explicit about where to go once you enter the property. We turned left when we should have turned right. Also would be helpful to mention that the villa turnoff is after San Donato. The map almost makes it appear to be before the town.

You may want to be honest and say the villa is divided into two parts--one that is rented, and the other that is owned by a private party. It was very easy to hear people in the other villa, especially at night. I had questioned how close the nearest villa was when I booked (twice, in fact), but had never received a response to this question. This was the only disppointment to us--we had wanted complete privacy.
