 VILLA CASTRUM ( up to 10 guests - mq. 318) Villa "Castrum" is a luxurious residence which has been restored and furnished with quality. It is on 2 floors with an independent main entrance. On the ground floor: a big living room with a piano, a sofa and a large open fireplace. This main Hall leads to a spacious kitchen including all possible modern amenities. |
 Off the kitchen there is a dining hall with a big table and another fireplace where you can have special dinners. This room leads to a TV room, a bathroom and to a bedroom with a queen size bed. There is another entrance which leads directly to the private swimming pool surrounded by an exclusive big garden. On the first floor: four bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed + 2 twin bedded rooms). Three of these bedrooms have private bathrooms. There is also a terrace with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside which runs the length of the Villa and is accessible from two of the bedrooms.
