• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on saturday between 04.00 pm and 07.30 pm.
  Check-out: on saturday within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the rates per apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for the rooms.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, but in Guardacastello and Beccatelli is extra price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are on the first and second floor. The rooms are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a 9 x 18 metres swimming-pool with solarium which is open in summer from May 15th to September 30th, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at Strove, 200 meters.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  About 55 km Florence, 15 km Siena and 110 km Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Monteriggioni at 2,5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At Monteriggioni, 2 km far away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena, about 15 km.
