 The Castle of Lamole is situated along the municipal road which goes from Greve to the Lamole town at about 500 metres from the town on the right side of the panoramic view. The Greve in Chianti town is only 7 Km away, while the Panzano in Chianti town is easy to reach: 9 km on the municipal road or 3 km along a wonderful white path immersed in the woods which are also a border with the Siena territory. Remote, rustic and quiet. Scenery is outstanding. |

From Northern Italy:
Drive through the motorway "Autosole A1" direction Florence to the exit "Firenze Sud". Once you are out of the motorway tollbooth, follow the direction to the Chianti, "Strada Statale n.222" direction Greve in Chianti (about 20 km).
From Southern Italy:
Drive through the motorway "Autosole A1" direction Florence to the exit Incisa. Once you are out of the motorway tollbooth, go ahead along the "strada statale n.69", for about 5 Km (direction Figline Valdarno) until you find the directions on your right to Dudda and Greve in Chianti (about 20 Km). Once you have reached Greve, follow the indications to Siena, the Castle of Lamole is at about 8 Km away from the built-up area. The indication to Lamole is well visible on the left after 1 km out of the town, along the way connecting Greve and Panzano, direction Siena. Follow the indication to Lamole, along the wonderful cypress boulevard beyond the Vignamaggio villa and the Casole small town, until you cross on your right side a small street signalled by a shine between two high cypresses indicating the access to the Castle of Lamole. |
