• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our apartments are self-catering but for a minimum stay of 2 days is available a service of B&B or Half BoarD with an extra cost.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, AT check-in we ask the final and total payment of the vacation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor and without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are private and quiet in the heart of the Chianti country; the atmosphere is romantic, charming and really typical of Tuscany.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The service includes set of selected linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a private terrace or reserved garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Four of our apartment have private balcony too.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The apartments are not equipped with television and radio in respect to the common quiet. On request it is possible to have a television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes and on request it is possible to have a direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There no air conditioning; we are 600 meters on the sea level with mountain climate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking area is available reserved for our guests outside of the Castle.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The easy way is partnered with Castello Rental car in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Walking distance from Castello.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Walking distances.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 km. Siena 35 km. Pisa 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Greve in Chianti 6 km. Panzano in Chianti 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence about 55 minutes driving distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have agreement with Castello mini-vans or taxi services from Florence airport or train station with conventioned and conveninient rates.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The main bus stop is in Greve: from Greve the are 4 daily services of bus until Castello during each day.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have wellness paths and tour in the our woods, with Gym exercises services coming soon!
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes with Tuscan and typical cooking.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, on request for telephone outside line connection.
