• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  The price is per room.

  No, breakfast is not included in the price.

  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be paid 30 days before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Some of the houses are located on the first floor and some on the second. There isn't a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there isn't a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has a dining room moreover on request we can offer you different rooms (100 quare meters) for dinners o events.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you will find a grocery stores 600 meters away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 80 km, Siena 12 km, Pisa 90 km.
