Spa: We invite you to retreat into a peaceful spa heaven of contemporary style, natural wood, clear glass and Italian stone. Delicate aromas and the use of subtle lighting create a tranquil ambience in which to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Our vitality pool and relaxation areas both allow free-flowing transition from the cool indoors to the wide outdoors. Every E'SPA treatment has been created to bring you a totally caring experience and the ultimate in luxury. Each treatment uses exclusive E'SPA products which are naturally rich in herbal or plant extracts, botanical essential oils and marine actives from the sea and will enable your therapist to deliver these unique results. Holistic in concept, the philosophy is based on combining traditional Oriental practices with contemporary Western treatments. Reveal your personal goals and we will use them as the foundation for creating your individual treatment programme. Body and soul will be brought back into balance as natural vigour and creative powers are restored. Our spa is over 1000 square metres and offers personalised treatments, heat experience, vitality pool and relaxation area.
 
Gym: The Gym is located in the oldest part of the castle the gym combines the historical charm with the most modern and sophisticated equipment. All the machinery is extremely user friendly and equipped with individual LCD screens featuring satellite TV.

Swimming Pool: The outdoor heated swimming pool is located infront of the SPA, boasting a magnificent view of the valley and lakes below.

Tennis Courts: Sport lovers will find also two tennis courts lighted at evening.
Excursions: Our staff is at complete disposal for the organisation of any activity you prefer, be it horse riding, hot air balloon tours, cultural visits to the beautiful monuments and museums in Florence, Siena, Pisa or a shopping spree at the designer outlets near Arezzo. A private guide can take you for the day in the tour of your preference.
 
Restaurant: Our restaurant offers a unique gastronomical experience where Guests are pampered by attentive and discreet service while savouring the signature dishes of our Chef, all based on typical Tuscan and Mediterranean flavours. Immersed in a refined and historic atmosphere patrons of the restaurant may choose between dining in our indoor rooms or, weather permitting, to enjoy the enchanting view of the valley from our terrace. The cuisine sees a thourough research of local ingredients of the highest quality to create and repropose classic recipes of the region through the use of organically grown products coming directly from our cultivations. Our sommeliers will be happy to help you combine your meals with a selection of wines which best describes the Italian peninsula, particularly Tuscany. From pasta to bread to pastries, everything is rigorously home made and Guests may also choose from an ample selection of vegetarian courses. Our Chef and sommeliers personally hold tastings of wines, oil, cheeses and local products as well as cooking classes which feature entire menus and can be tailored to personal tastes and necessities. The restaurant is open from 07:30 am to 11.00 am for breakfast, from 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm for lunch and from 07:30 pm to 10:30 pm for dinner.

Bar: Located inside the castle the bar offers various rooms where Guests may give in to the temptation of feeling like Barons in their estate sipping on one of our many reserve cognacs. The bar menu includes a fine choice of grappas, whiskies and cognacs. Light lunches and snacks are served all day and during warm months Guests may sit outside on the terrace or by the pool. The bar is open from 11:00 am to midnight.

Historical sights:
Florence the city of art and culture, has created the italian masterpieces of Leonardo, Michelangelo, Brunello, Donatello. The Cathedral, the museums and private palaces offer highly attracting visits. Shopping in the center leads to the Via Tornabuoni and along the jewellery stores on the famous Ponte Vecchio.
Siena is a magical city with an air of antique and indescribable mystery that pervades the streets, piazzas and contrade (district). From Piazza del Campo, famous in the world for the horses race, the Palio, with the Palazzo Pubblico and the Torre del Mangia to the Duomo, to Santa Maria della Scala complex considered the third artistic pole of the city.
San Gimignano, the medieval many-towered hilltop town is within short distance from Castello del Nero and presents one of the most unforgettable Tuscan's scenaries.

Trekking, Hiking and Mountain Bike: Nature lovers may follow various trails either on foot or by bike crossing the hills, the vineyards and olive groves leading to the lakes. During your walk you will easily spot pheasants, hares and other animals considering that in our 400 acre reserve hunting is prohibited.

Golf: In the proximity of the Castello del Nero there are three 18-hole golf courses where Guests of the Castello del Nero will receive VIP treatment.
