By Car:
Arriving from Milan or Florence take "Autostrada A1" south towards Roma, otherwise if you are arriving from Rome take "Autostrada A1" north towards Firenze. Exit at Exit Valdichiana (turn right at pay toll), follow signs for Siena, proceed 24 km, exit Serre di Rapolano. Follow signs for Serre di Rapolano, go to Centro (town center marked by black bull's eye). Locate the white church bell tower, go to it. Remember, you must always go uphill to reach us, never down. Once in the piazza, you will be between the Castle façade and the church. Notice the ancient defense wall to your side. Follow the wall up to the dead end and the black gate with two 'S'.
