• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  It is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Only two houses have single heating and the price doesn't include it.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The houses have from one to three floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the houses are immersed in a romantic and peaceful atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One apartment has a terrace. Another one has a small space for chairs. Two of the biggest houses have a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The rooms have TV but not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Every house has its own dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have it in the reception office.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Just below the village, at 5 minutes walking, is in preparation for exclusive use of all our guests for the summer season 2008 a swimming pool of 6mx18m surrounded by olive trees with a nice view of the surrounding woods.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  5 km far from the village.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  5 km far form the village.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We have our vineyards around the village. We have a high quality production of wines.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100 km, Pisa 80 km, Siena 180 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Ponteginori or Casale Marittimo, 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa, 80 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide it on payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ponteginori.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cecina.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the village that can offer half board or full board service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
