  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.

  No, we do not have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a satellite TV is available in each unit.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every unit has air conditioning. There in no extracharge for A/C.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is only Internet by Wi-Fi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an indoor micro-pool, open 24 Hours a day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available along the street.

  We recommend the Pisa airport. Depending on the destination you are coming from we can direct you to the closest pick-up place.

  Florence 140 km, Pisa 90 Km, Siena 144 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, private transfers can be provided upon request.
