• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 12.00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly rate for the apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  For the apartments at La Castellina a deposit of 50% of the whole stay should be sent to us by postal order or money order, the rest of the amount you will pay on your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground and first floor, all bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  Yes, there is swimming pool on the grounds.

  Yes.

  In Siena or at Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Castellina in Chianti.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are the "La Castellina" vineyards that surrounds the farm house.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence about 40 km, Siena about 20 km, Pisa about 130 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village Castellina in Chianti is about 500 mt away from the Farmhouse.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  In town, 500 mt away from La Castellina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castellina Scalo, about 10 km.
