• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. It is an International buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is possible, but generally we prefer when checking out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, some French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the entire hotel building is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a satellite TV and a DVD and CD player.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  There is one hour drive to Florence, 25 minutes drive to Siena, two hours drive to Pisa.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Ambra is the nearest village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is no bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montevarchi is the closest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a Sauna, a Gym and a Jacuzzi and an excellent masseur.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is WIFI internet connection.
