• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 10pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices for the rooms are for 2 persons. Weekly prices for the apartments are the same even for more than 2 persons.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included for the room, but not for the apartments that can be requested paying an extra. We can offer two kinds of breakfast: Italian or continenal.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes both for rooms and apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 rooms / apartments are on ground floor, 3 on the first floor without elevator (this is a country house).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, absolutely. Each room/apartment is indipendent and furnished with warm colors, candles and offers a peaceful and private atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are provided with weekly change. On request and paying an extra it is possible to change them also during the week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes with the exception of Moja and Bili that have on ground floor a proper area with sunshade, table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have only non smoking apartments / rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is no television supplied.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone supplied.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning, and this is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a 15x10m bio-swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Piombino or San Vincenzo (30 minutes far).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Suvereto 12 km far from the house.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 5 km far.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 1 hour and half, Pisa 1 hour, Siena 1 hour and half.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Suvereto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 km far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Campiglia Marittima, 15 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
