• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but when you arrive you can decide for a half or full-board treatment at our restaurant.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Rooms can be on the first floor and second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens are provided with weekly change included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment (even those on the first floor) has disposal of a place in the garden provided with a table, chairs, sunshade parasol and 2 deckchairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a public telephone outside the reception and at the restaurant-bar.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is the Restaurant-bar at Castellare di Tonda.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have various swimming-pools open from 1/5 to 15/10.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a large parking lot at Castellare di Tonda.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Valdottavo at 4 km
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, and it is possible to buy our wine at the shop inside Castellare di Tonda.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze km 52, Siena km 50, Pisa km 55.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Corazzano village at about 6 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Montaione.

• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
