• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: on Saturday between 4.30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
  Check-out: on Saturday before 9.00 a.m
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates per apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self catering. On request we have a list to order fresh bread and pastry every day except on Sunday, during the touristic season.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Spanish, German, English.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, no special private or romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Every unit has a private outdoor ground.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  NO.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool for guests and one for children. The Villa il Castagno has its own private swimming-pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there's a private parking area.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence or Pisa airport. Empoli, Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  San Gimignano or Gambassi Terme, 9 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are a lot of vineyards: this area is famous for its wine.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena 55 km, Lucca 95 km, Pisa 75 km, Firenze 60 km, Arezzo 105 km, San Gimignano 9 km, Certaldo 15 km, Volterra 20 km, Monteriggioni 40 km, Colle Val d'Elsa 25 km.

  San Gimignano or Gambassi Terme, 9 km.

  Florence airport.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
