Facilities within the Estate

 
Swimming Pools: A swimming pool for adults linked to a children's pool is at the disposal of guests by a passageway with upward whirlpool massage. The Villa has its own private swimming pool.
 
Hall: A lovely large hall, originally used as a coach house, with beautiful arched brick ceiling is available for meetings and special occasions (only for Villa Il Castagno and apartments rented togheter).
There is no restaurant on-site: the restaurant is only for the use of functions (weddings and special events on requests).
 
Park & Lakes: To make your stay even more pleasurable Il Castagno is surrounded by a wonderful 120.000 sq. mt. park. Various natural trails unravel inside the park, and they can be followed either on foot and by mountain bike. Inside the park there are also two little lakes, both ideal destinations for picnics and relaxing strolls, where you may also practice sport fishing.
