There were a couple of ways to get there, and we did find it on the first time, but had to be pretty careful. Might be worth saying it's down a gravel road.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay, would recommend it or Tenuto Moriano next door.

A wonderful place with a beautiful panoramic view - great sunsets. Very well equipped kitchen, rooms small but nicely tuscan style furnished, large terrace. Good wine and olive oil. Very quiet, ideal for relaxation. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The directions definitely could have been better. We were told to take the sign to Lucardo, but the sign actually said to take the Borgo Museum (or something like that anyway) at Lucard. After doing it wrong a few times we finally figured this out. Also after we got settled into the area, we realized that the directions took us about 20 min. out of the way, that there was another road that got us to town in 5 min. versus 25 that was every bit as good a road and as easily followed! After travelling for about 20 hrs. straight to get there, I did not appreciate getting lost and driving unnecessarily at this point!

The apartment was perfect - better equipped than I thought. We had a beautiful patio with views of gorgeous sunsets. The woman who checked us in and out was particularly helpful and friendly. Made me feel like family!-

We arrived before expected check in and were able to check in immediately.

We were not advised on check in about the tennis courts and bowling area being in an adjoining property (Tenuta Moriano) and being available for us to use.
Apartment terrace was very close to the adjoining apartment which was not obvious from the advertising pictures.

Negative was the rough access road to the property from the made up road.

Nice views, peaceful, secluded, friendly & good facilities and service. Lots of places of interest and in the area.

About three kilometers of unpaved road make any clean car difficult to keep so.
