• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after 4 pm.
  Check-out: before 10 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is a self-catering apartment. Breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is located one floor above ground level. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The entire house is quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided and changed once per week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a small terrace that guests may use.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, guests are not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the apartment there is a TV with international channels (satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the house, but a cellular phone is available for rent.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning but a fan is provided.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The kitchen has a table that seats up to 6 people.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the property. The nearest Internet access point is at Siena or Grosseto.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but there are free natural hot
  springs and a river nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking is available in the village.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental agency in the village. Advance booking is required.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The village has two small convenience stores. There are two supermarkets in Paganico only 8 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Civitella Marittima is in the Montecucco D.O.C. region and surrounded by vineyards. Also nearby (25 km) there are the vinyards of the Brunello region of Montalcino.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena is only 35 km from Civitella Marittima. Florence is 90 km away and Pisa is 170 km away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The apartment is located in the village of Civitella Marittima. Also nearby are Paganico (8 km), Roccastrada (13 km), Siena (35 km) and Grosseto (30 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Florence, Pisa and Rome Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus-stop in the village that is on the Siena-Grosseto line.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is "Civitella-Paganico" located in the village of Paganico.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are Spas nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome. Food and water dishes are provided. Damage caused by pets will be subtracted from the security deposit.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the village of Civitella Marittima and numerous others in the surrounding villages. Casina di Rosa provides guests with a discount certificate for use in nearby restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is no telephone access in the apartment.
