 In General: In Rignano sull'Arno you can find a chemist, some banks, post-office, supermarket, restaurant and pizza restaurant.
Banks
Open in the morning from 8.20am to 1.20pm.
They reopen one hour in the afternoon from 2.30 (or 2.45) to 3.30pm (or 3.45). Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
The closest bank is in Rignano sull'Arno.
Other banks: Reggello and Pontassieve.
Post office
Open only in the morning from Monday to Saturday. Stamps are also on sale at tobacconists in Rignano sull'Arno.
Petrol stations
Open from 7.20am to 12.30pm and 3.30pm to 7.30 pm. Closed on rata-basis on Saturday afternoon and Sunday or alternatively Monday.
Nearest petrol station: Rignano sull'Arno. Self-service petrol stations are always open.
There is one in Reggello on the way to Cascia and another one past Pontassieve, on the right hand side of the main road. Unleaded petrol is now available at all petrol stations.
Food shops - Foodstuffs
Closed on Wednesday afternoon and Sunday and every day for lunch-break. On Sunday morning, however, some of the local shops are open until about 12.30pm. Vegetables, meat and Italian newspapersare on sale at Rignano sull'Arno.
Big supermarkets (COOP)
Pontassieve Closed on Monday morning and on Sunday (the whole day).
Figline Closed on Sunday (the whole day) and on Wednesday afternoon. |
