• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, sorry.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has three floors and there is not an elevator. The top apartment (the Mimosa) is entered via short stairway.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each apartment is indipendent, peaceful and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All towels and linen are provided and are included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, two bedrooms and both the kitchens have a small terrace. Both the apartments also share the use of the private garden on all four sides of the house.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, both the apartments have a terrace/balcony outside the living room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is optional.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each apartment has satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The telephones are not yet installed in our apartments. However, you may use our house telephone for important incoming and outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in the large living room or in the kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet and E-Mail point are available by request. The ADSL wireless internet connection for notebooks is provided for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, sorry.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking is guaranteed on the sidewalk in front of the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can easily rent a car in one of the numerous car rental in Lucca.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 65 km, Siena 140 km, Pisa 20 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in "Viale Europa" about 300 metres far from the apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is not a fitness center in the Property but the apartment "Rosa" has a bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi-style hydromassage bathtub.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, using the ADSL wireless internet connection with your notebook.
