By Car:
From north (Bologna): Highway A1 towards Florence, exit at Barberino gate, than follow the indications for San Piero a Sieve, Borgo San Lorenzo and Vicchio di Mugello. Past Vicchio, after about 3 km, along 551 road, at 19th km, on the left, find a big yellow sign COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA IL FORTETO. That is our farm. Turn on the left (left the main road) and than on the right find the AGRITURISMO CASA VERRAGOLI indications, which lead you in front of our Agriturismo after about 2 other km.
From south (Rome): Highway A1 towards Bologna, exit at Incisa gate, than follow the indications for Pontassieve, Rufina and Dicomano. Past Dicomano, after about 3 km, along 551 road, at 19th km, on the right, find a big yellow sign COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA IL FORTETO. That is our farm. Turn on the right (left the main road) and than on the right again find the AGRITURISMO CASA VERRAGOLI indications, which lead you in front of our Agriturismo after about 2 other km.
By Train:
From Florence Main Station (Santa Maria Novella), catch the train line Firenze-Borgo San Lorenzo (towards Pontassieve) and get off at Dicomano Train Station.
From Florence Main Station (Santa Maria Novella), catch the train line Firenze-Borgo San Lorenzo-Faenza (towards Vaglia) and get off at Vicchio Train Station
We will pick you up there and take to the farmhouse. |
