• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4 pm.
  Check-out: before 10 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has its own courtyard with table and chairs. There is also a common Gazebo to dine outside.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but from the gazebo you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the common areas are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each apartment but it has only italian stations and no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Florence Airport, but also in the towns in our vicinity, just ask the reception to arrange it.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Near the apartments there is "La Bottega del Forteto" where we sell the products of the farm: cheese, mozzarelle, ricotta, Chianina meat, bread specialities and cakes, apples, olive oil and so on...You can also find othe typical products such as wine, honey, ham, fruits and vegetables.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  At about 10km from the property there is the Chianti Rufina area.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 35 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest villages are Vicchio and Dicomano, both 3 km distance from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop just in front of the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Vicchio and Dicomano Railway Stations.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property, but we have a convention with a gym sitauted in Borgo San Lorenzo (10 km distance) with special rates for our guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
