Fabio was most courtious and at our service
in a friendly manner. He informed us that
we were early and that the rooms were being
cleaned and prepared for our comfort and
use.

It was fabulous. The evening meals were a
special treat. Very delicious and
pleasantly served. The outside eating was
great for breakfast and evening meals. Fabio
was an excellent host.

stay longer if we could.

Fabio is an excellent cook. My wife is
Italian and her family is Tuscan. His
cooking was just like home.

The area is peaceful and away from the
crowd. It was a pleasure to spend the day
sight seeing and then relaxing at Toscana in
the evenings with good food, wine and
grappa.

We took a cab, maybe make a note on the website how much approx the cab would cost we were a little overwhelmed.

Our host, Fabio, was most accomodating and helpful. He made us feel so much at home - preparing coffee for us as soon as we were settled.

Fabio was very generous with his time and information and even provided us with a number of books about the area. His breakfasts and dinners were plentiful, beautifully presented and very good. He always had time to guide us with our activities and offer advice on travel routes for our day trips.

A lovely private residence in the hills outside of Siena, quiet, relaxing, and a feeling of home.

The Host of our villa was wonderful. He was very helpful and was great with our children. It was a pleasure staying at the villa.

The kitchen was a bit older but it was fine and the website did mention that there was a cabana by the pool with shower and cooler. That was not there. It looks like there was a connection for a shower but it was not useable. Other than that, the property was wonderful, the pool was great and the host as I mentioned was wonderful.
