- At what time can we check-in and out?

The price is for the entire villa per week (Saturday to Saturday). - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, the villa is rented as self-catering. - Is heating included in the price?
No, heating is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Italian and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Two floors without elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and romantic with private bathrooms. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The two rooms on the ground floor have external doors leading to the garden. One upper room has a large, private terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Smoking is permitted in the villa, and it is up to the guests to decide on designated smoking areas. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All bedrooms without TV, but TV is available in the living room. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
A mobile/cellular phone will be provided, with guests being charged only for the credit used. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no air conditioning available. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a cosy dining room or alternatively, the shaded, outdoor pinewood area with tables and chairs. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, in the living room there is a computer with Internet acces. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, the swimming pool is available for guests all year round. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is possible on the property. - Where can we rent a car?
In Siena (8km). We can also arrange rental cars at favourable rates. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, grocery stores and supermarkets in San Rocco a Pilli (2km). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, this is the Chianti Classico area. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence 60km, Siena 8km and Pisa 95km. - Which is the nearest village or town?
San Rocco a Pilli (2km). - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence (Firenze) airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes. We don't want our guests to get lost once they are in Italy_ and for this reason we take care of them from the arrival at the airport until their departure with a pickup/drop off service. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Close to the property - 5 minutes on foot. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Siena. - Are pets welcome?
Only very small pets on request. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
On request, we can organise for our Tuscan chef to cook special and delicious dishes, typical of the region - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Not from the bedrooms. In the living room there is a computer with Internet access.
