 Swimming Pool
There is a private swimming pool only for guests of the house, equipped with comfortable banana lounges where you can relax in the surroundings of our private wood.
Large garden of 2000mē
Our guests can relax on the large external patio or in the garden, with a shaded lounging pinewood area with tables and chairs where you can have your breakfast or dinner. If it appeals to you, guests are welcome to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden! There is also an undercover barbecue.
Parking
A private parking lot is only available for the guests of the villa.
The living room complete with fireplace, is a comfortable place to relax with a nice coffee and something to read, chosen from the magazines and many titles in our selection of books. At our guests disposal, the following are available: TV, fax machine, telephone, DVD player, CD player and CDs, and a computer with Internet access. There is a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and drying rack. On request we can buy for our guests foreign magazines and newspapers. |
 Dining & Cooking
On request the chef of Casa Toscana can come to the villa to cook a delicious, traditional Tuscan meal of your choice or to lead you in a cooking course.
Special Activities
You can take bike, hiking and horseback riding trips or guided excursions into Siena, Montalcino, Pienza and so on. We are sure you will never forget tasting excursions in Chianti, the land of wine and olive oil. You can be part in the most important events in Tuscany, for example the fabulously exciting horse race "Palio di Siena" which is held twice annually (July & August), in the main piazza in Siena. |
 What's More? "Ciao! vuoi imparare l'italiano?" Why not to learn more of Dante's language? We can organise language courses for you.

Driving Service
A complete service tailored to your holiday needs. We don't want our guests to get lost once they are in Italy and for this reason we take care of you from the arrival at the airport until departure with a driving service. We are are also delighted, on request, to arrange rental cars at favorable rates. |

Sport Facilities: in the surroundings our guests can find tennis courts and horse riding places.
We are located few minutes away from the Merse River, classified by WWF as one of the cleanest and untouched rivers of Italy, where you can swim in ponds 50m wide and sun-bath in total relaxation. The Petriolo Thermal Spa is only 20 minutes away.
There are numerous places to visit within easy driving distance. Asciano is close by, and has monuments and buildings, including the Etruscan and Sacred Art Museum, while Rapolano and its Travertine quarries are well worth seeing. |
