- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is for the whole house. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We do not provide breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
No, heating it is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are the ground floor and the first floor. There are no elevators. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Rooms are all indipendent, the living room at the first floor is the most romantic place of the house, most of all if you light on the big fireplace occupying almost all the wall... - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, and we provide a weekely change of them. This is included in the price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Facing the kitchen there is a wide terrace equipped with wooden chairs and table and barbecue, suited for a pleasant dinner outside. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, this is upon our guests. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There are two televisions: one in the living room on the first floor, and one in the kitchen at ground floor. Both of them have satellite television. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is one telephone in the apartment. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
On request. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The swimming pool is 5 meters per 14 meters, 30 meters far from the house, and offers a beautiful panorama and a complete privacy. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a covered parking. Moreover it is possible to leave the car in the garden, under the shadow of the trees. - Where can we rent a car?
In Panzano (2 Km) or at Florence railway station or at Pisa/Florence Airports. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, in the centre of Panzano (2 km).
- Are there vineyards nearby?
Of course, the house is surrounded by vineyards. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
Florence 35 Km, Siena 30 Km, Pisa 110 Km.
- Which is the nearest village or town?
Panzano in Chianti 6Km far, and Greve in Chianti 12km far from the house. - Which is the nearest airport?
Florence. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, upon request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
At Panzano in Chianti, 6 Km. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Florence. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, but only upon request. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
